lower leg/50 Hour service
$50-80 + seals
A lower leg service is crucial every 50 hours of riding to ensure your system functions properly. Neglecting regular maintenance can lead to damaged parts and expensive repairs. Here's the breakdown:
Remove, clean, and inspect lower legs.
Replace dust wipers and foam rings.
Resize (burnish) lower leg bushings.
Reassemble with new lower leg oil, followed by a thorough knob and function test.
FORK SERVICE
Full fork rebuild/100 Hour Service
$110-150 + seals
An annual full rebuild is suggested to keep your fork performing like new or even better. This service includes:
Full breakdown and inspection of the fork.
Complete teardown and rebuild of the damper, with new seals and oil.
Full rebuild of the air spring assembly, incorporating new seals and wear bands.
Resize (burnish) lower leg bushings.
Replacement of dust wipers and foam rings.
Reassembly with new lower leg oil, accompanied by a thorough knob and function test.
SHOCK SERVICE
Air can/50 Hour service
$60 + seals
It's important to service your air can every 50 hours of use to ensure it works well. Regular maintenance is crucial to prevent damage and expensive repairs. Here's a simplified breakdown of the process:
Remove, clean, and inspect the air can.
Replace all air can seals.
Reassemble with new air can oil.
Repressurize and test.
Rear shock damper rebuild/100 Hour Service
$110-160 + seals
An annual full factory rebuild is strongly recommended to keep your shock performing like new.
Thorough inspection and breakdown of the shock.
Complete teardown and rebuild of the damper, including new seals, oil, and a nitrogen charge (if needed).
Replacement of air can seals (if needed).
Replacement of eyelet bushings.
Comprehensive testing of all knobs and functions.
